Daycare and Boarding Now Open 7 Days per Week:

Drop-off Hours: 7 am - 10 am

Pick-up Hours: 4 pm - 7 pm

Holidays may have different hours, please speak with our staff.

  • Pay per Play: $34/day

    Memberships:

    • Pack Cub: 1 day per week - $30/weekly

    • Pack Warrior: 2 days per week - $56/weekly

    • Pack Hero: 3 days per week - $78/weekly

    • Pack Elder: Unlimited days - $120/weekly

    • Pack Alpha: Unlimited plus included services - $245/weekly

    • $45/night for Home-style Crate

    • $55/night for Suite

    * siblings may share a suite for a discount.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Nope. We'll bill you until you ask us to stop. Unused membership days are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and your next weekly payment will not go through.

    Don't forget that if you lapse 30 days or more and choose to resubscribe later you'll have to do so at the standard rates.

  • Managers have flexibilty so that if you happen to miss a day you can likely add one the prior or following week. That said, there are no refunds/tracking for missed days - they are technically use or lose.

    Also remember there are a few "Paws" weeks per year where we will not charge you if you have planned time away where your pup won't be attending. The number of weeks you can pause varies based on your Tier.

  • Yes. We require a reservation for boarding.

  • Over the years, especially when boarding demand is high, we've noticed a rising number of no-shows or last minute cancellations.

    As a service provider, our goal is to be available to parents that need our services. When we have to turn away clients because we're "full" for a given weekend and then have cancellations and no-shows, we're not serving everyone we could be.

    25% is the deposit rate, which helps easy the pickup bill since some of it has been pre-paid. If you are a long-standing member with a reliable show rate for your booking, you can work with our staff at the facility to book a stay without a deposit.

  • A reservation for daycare is recommended but not required. The more we use the reservation system, the better we can plan staffing and services to make our daycare run as smoothly as possible!

    As we do have some days that start to approach capacity limits, we will always accept pups with a reservation, so if you want peace of mind, booking a reservation is advised.
