As a service provider, our goal is to be available to parents that need our services. When we have to turn away clients because we're "full" for a given weekend and then have cancellations and no-shows, we're not serving everyone we could be.

25% is the deposit rate, which helps ease the pickup bill since some of it has been pre-paid. If you are a long-standing member with a reliable show rate for your booking, you can work with our staff at the facility to book a stay without a deposit.

A reservation for daycare is recommended but not required. The more we use the reservation system, the better we can plan staffing and services to make our daycare run as smoothly as possible!

As we do have some days that start to approach capacity limits, we will always accept pups with a reservation, so if you want peace of mind, booking a reservation is advised.
