Who we are

Park Your Paws is a brand of Toes & Tails, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy covers parkyourpaws.com, including our blog and landing pages, and the forms, chat and booking tools on it. Our locations are:

• Columbus - North: 4366 Indianola Avenue, Columbus, OH 43214
• Columbus - Downtown: 395 E Mound St, Columbus, OH 43215

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, cover message and resume.
• Temperament test booking and chat: your contact details, your dog's details and anything you write to us.
• Downloads, such as our boarding checklist: your name and email.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and whether you contacted us or booked a visit. We use this to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and schedule daycare, boarding, temperament tests, grooming and training.
• To review job applications.
• To send the resources you request and, if you opt in, marketing messages.
• To run, secure and improve the website and measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• GoHighLevel: our customer database, chat widget, booking calendars, checklist form, email and text messaging.
• n8n: automation that routes form submissions to our team.
• Vercel: website hosting, and private storage for resumes submitted with job applications.
• Google: Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads, as described above.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people and animals in our care.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on a form, or otherwise opt in, we may send you text messages about our services and promotions. Consent to receive marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization in Google's ad settings.
• You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.
• You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@parkyourpaws.com. We may keep some records when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and inquiry records for as long as we have a relationship with you and as needed for our legal, tax and safety obligations. We keep job applications for as long as we are reviewing them and for a reasonable time afterward. Links to resumes that we send to our team expire after 30 days.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and resumes are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
